Position 1: Project Architect
You will be responsible for:
1. Handling common issues on the construction site and working with team members to produce accurate construction drawings;
2. Participating in relevant coordination work with the client, construction company and other cooperative parties of the project;
3. Researching on the application and optimization of various materials related to the project.
We expect that you have:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or equivalent;
2. 3-5 years or above full-time design experience, having completed public building design, including but not limited to education, office, hotel, commercial and complex;
3. Basic knowledge of national architectural design codes, approval process and construction drawing rules, understanding of conventional materials, construction technology and nodes;
4. Ability to work under pressure, being proactive, professional, responsible and highly efficient;
5. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Tianzheng, Sketch-Up and other drawing software and Office series software, and mastery of Rhino, Revit, Grasshopper preferably;
6. Interior, landscape, urban planning and other related professional experience preferably;
7. Qualification of registered architect preferably.
Position 2: Interior Designer
You will be responsible for:
1. Preliminary investigation of the project;
2. Program text production, including plan, rendering, analysis, etc.
3. Communication with the construction drawing team to detail the plan and complete the construction drawing together;
4. Making material templates;
5. On-site service during construction.
We expect that you have:
1. Bachelor degree or above in interior design or related disciplines;
2. At least 2 years’ experience in public building design (hotel, school, shopping mall, hospital, retail, etc.);
3. Practical knowledge and skill of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Enscape, and preferably mastery of Rhino.
Position 3: Architectural Communications Specialist
You will be responsible for:
1. Writing and editing the content of the projects of Fei Architects and Fei Arts Museum, involving some graphic design work;
2. New media operations;
3. Filing project materials, assisting in academic research and participating in editing and publishing work;
4. Managing and maintaining online community and media relations.
We expect that you have:
1. Good writing and editing skills, and the ability to operate new media platforms;
2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in journalism/Chinese/philosophy/management, with more than one year experience in architecture and art;
3. Good communication skill and team spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, ability to work under relatively intense pressure;
4. Mastery of basic operation of computer and Internet, proficiency in design software (SU and ADOBE) and all kinds of office software (MS Office).
Position 4: Administrative Assistant
You will be responsible for:
1. The company's routine attendance management and personnel related processes (to assist in recruitment, entry and exit procedures, staff training, etc.);
2. Office supplies procurement and distribution, fixed assets and library management;
3. Implementation of relevant systems of the company;
4. Reception of company visitors;
5. Improving office environment and providing sufficient logistical support for the staff;
6. Completing other tasks assigned by the superior.
We expect that you have:
1. College degree or above, preferably majoring in administration, finance and accounting;
2. Presentable appearance with agreeable temperament and manners, and good comprehensive quality;
3. Proficiency in office software and office automation equipment;
4. Good communication and coordination skills and service attitude;
5. Good team spirit, strong time management skills;
6. Rigorous, practical and meticulous toward work with strong sense of responsibility and emergency management skill;
7. Class C driving license preferably with more than one year driving experience.
The position is open for internship, and the term of office is no less than 3 months.

Position 5: Director of Operations of the Museum
Your work includes, but is not limited to:
1. Overall operation and management of the museum, establishment of standardized management system and coordination of relevant departments;
2. Planning and execution of exhibitions and activities inside and outside the museum;
3. Publicity and promotion as well as other tasks assigned by the curator.
We hope that you have:
1. Bachelor degree or above in art;
2. Relevant experience in running art institutions, including team building, project planning and organization, coordination and execution;
3. Cross-cultural perspective, both internal and external coordination capabilities, preferably with industry resources and information channels.
Position 6: Curatorial Assistant of Fei Arts Museum
Your work includes but is not limited to:
1. Participating in the discussion and execution of art projects/activities/workshops in the museum, as well as the daily maintenance of museum space and artists' works;
2. Participating in the visual design of exhibition projects in the museum, edit and typeset articles on WeChat public account;
3. Assisting in the recording of exhibition works, sorting out and filing pictures, videos, texts and other contents;
4. Opportunity to plan and launch an exhibition!
We hope that you have:
1. Certain experience in curation, a keen interest in daily life, social anthropology, architecture, community empowerment, public participation and social art;
2. Critical thinking, self-reflection, strong observation, and abilities in describing specific and subtle things, writing and art criticism;
3. Proactive and outgoing personality, good communication and presentation skills, empathy, understanding that working in art museum and creating works in art museum are two different things;
4. Ability to accept changes and brainstorming as a way of work, readiness to give up previously set ideas and plans;
5. Certain on-site execution ability, a strong sense of planning and time, and ability to work under pressure;
6. Skills of simple video editing, graphic design and typesetting software.
The post of Curatorial Assistant is open to intern recruitment (graphic design and video editing), and the term of office is no less than 3 months.
